About the Role
We’re looking for a driven 1099 Account Executive to join RiskAdvisor and own the closing of new business. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earnings potential — perfect for a hunter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Bring in opportunities while also closing company provided opportunities.
- Drive new ARR by converting qualified pipeline into customers.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them through buying decisions.
Compensation
- Up to 20% Commission on every deal closed.
- 50% paid upfront upon customer’s first payment.
- 50% paid monthly over the first 12 months as long as the customer is active.
- Uncapped earnings potential.
Example: Close a $1,200 MRR ($14.4K ARR) deal = $2,880 commission.
Commission Tiers:
- Base Commission Rate (1-10 Deals Closed): 10%
- Enhanced Commission Rate (11-20 Deals Closed): 15%
- Optimal Commission Rate (21+ Deals Closed): 20%
Ramp up Schedule:
– First 90 Days you will be at the Optimal Commission Rate
